Sarah Montgomery

Sarah received her first certification in March 2021, and since then has been teaching for the Eastern Madera Recreation and Parks, as well as the Coarsegold Community Center. A majority of the classes Sarah teaches are Vinyasa and Hatha. She describes her style as creative and intuitive – her sequences are influenced by, but not particularly revolved around, chakra work. Sarah is also a Certified Personal Trainer, and can incorporate an athletic edge to her teachings. She also incorporates elements of yin into her classes so effort and ease are balanced. Many of Sarah’s students have described her classes as the perfect combination of exercise and relaxation.

Jennifer Moss is the founder of Metta Yosemite and host of The Peaceful Life Podcast. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in Music Theory/Composition from Northwestern University and is has a certificate in Music for Wellness by Berklee College of Music. After a career in technology that spanned over 35 years, Jennifer’s goal is to unplug, unwind, and help others in the community bring peace and joy back into their lives. Jennifer is a member of Yosemite Sierra Artists, and is passionate about supporting women in the arts.

Camella teaches courses for every level, from beginner’s yoga to advanced. Her success as a teacher can be credited in part to her irrepressible sense of humor and to her keen sensitivity to the needs of each of her students. As a Kriya Yogini for women and for men who want to understand women or the feminine aspect within themselves, Camella’s down to earth approach to life and yoga makes any students feel at ease in her presence.Camella is a Certified Yoga Therapist through IAYT, E-RYT through the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago, P-RYT through Yoga Alliance, Ordained Swami through the Temple of Kriya Yoga, Certified Yoga Teacher for MS, Art of Yoga project, Studied Music, Mantra and Meditation with Russil Paul, Certified Ayurvedic Health Educator and Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher by the California College of Ayurveda.

Kayla began her yoga journey in 2019 after an injury that limited her ability to take long runs around our beautiful mountains. Yoga continues to bring her comfort, stability, and stillness! In March of 2022 she had a revelation that told her that the next path was teaching yoga! Since then she has received her RYT-200, has become certified in Yin Yoga, and has taught classes both online classes and in person. Sharing yoga with others has bloomed into a beautiful spiritual, physical, and mental adventure that she loves to share.
